The handmade keepsake buttons can be made in either a circular or square shaped and they are fitted with silver button shanks to the back. The custom made buttons containing ashes or locks of hair can be attached to an article of clothing or alternatively kept in the jewellery box as a keepsake. Alternatively for perhaps a younger member of the family, the buttons could be attached to a teddy bear, providing a lasting memory of a loved one.
