Going back to 2017 I made my first item of jewellery containing a tooth, it was a puppy tooth set within a resin heart shaped keyring. Since then, I have made many different items of jewellery and paperweights containing teeth, and you can read all about them in my keepsake jewellery for teeth blog post.

I have set both human and animal teeth inside resin pendants, keyrings, bracelet charms and paperweights but never a ring, until now.
I was contacted recently by Amy, whom I had made a ring 4 years ago containing some fur from her puppy. She wanted me to make a ring for her containing a tooth from her puppy. She sent me the dimensions of the tooth and I designed her a sterling silver ring with an oval setting, with her puppy tooth set with clear resin into the ring setting.

Amy received her puppy tooth ring and sent me this lovely message and photo of her wearing her new ring, along with the ring I had previously made for her:
“It has arrived!!! I LOVE it, it is amazing!
Ring on my right hand is the one you made 4 years ago. I need to grow extra fingers for future rings!

The ring on her left hand contains the puppy tooth and the ring on her right hand is the one that I made her four years ago containing the fur.
